A 20 year old olive tree

So this is what one looks like at our place anyway .........

Pretty mediocre looking, doesn't stand out from the crowd.  Has weathered a few storms and just keeps on keeping on.

And the reason I specifically know the age of this one?  We planted it when we returned from our honeymoon TWENTY years ago Un-freaking believable!!  I think we had read something about it symbolizing Peace, and figured that it would be a good omen.
It must have been a good omen, because today is our 20th Wedding Anniversary!

How lovely! We have a tree we planted when we first came too and it is a bit straggly but we wouldn't dream of pulling it out. Do you get any olives on your tree?
