Isn't lovely how the plants in our gardens herald different seasons so well. For us at Christmas , the roses are in full bloom and corn sways in the garden. What a beautiful flame tree, it says Christmas so much better than any sprig of holly.

Things are very quiet here, but i have to go in to town again before the 25th, not looking forward to it with all the crowds and the heat.

Hi Claire - your place always looks bright (and you do too!). I think we all dread that last minute run to the shops pre Christmas.
